Arm Liposuction

Arm Liposuction

Not the thickness — we look at the line falling from shoulder to elbow

Even with similar arms, how much can be removed differs from person to person, and the two sides are not the same.

Self Check

What Type Are My Arms?

Sometimes liposuction alone isn't the answer.

TYPE 01 Arm cross-section with a thick layer of fat Fat type It pinches softly and doesn't get much firmer when you tense.
TYPE 02 Arm cross-section with developed muscle Muscle type It hardens when you tense, and the arm is thick even though you're slim.
TYPE 03 Arm cross-section with loose skin and connective tissue Sagging type The skin that hangs when you raise your arm bothers you more than the size.

What Makes Line Culture Different

    Milli Precision Measurement™

We measure both arms at three fixed points and decide before surgery where to remove more and where less.

    Wrinkle Scar Technique™

Kept under 5 mm and placed in the armpit and elbow creases, where clothing and the creases hide them.

FAQ

FAQ

What happens on the day of surgery?
You meet the lead director again and the design is drawn while you stand; local anesthesia and sedation are given together. After the incisions are closed, you put on a compression garment, rest in a private recovery room until we have checked your condition, and go home the same day. We do not publish surgery footage.
How much scarring does arm liposuction leave?
Small marks remain at the incision sites and fade over time. Incisions are placed where clothing covers them or along natural creases. How visible scars are depends on your skin type and aftercare.
Does it work for muscular arms?
With a muscular type and little fat, what can be reduced is limited. If measurement shows a high muscle share, we may advise against surgery or suggest another approach alongside it.
If I gain weight, will my arms get thick again?
Fat cells that were removed don't grow back, but the remaining cells can enlarge. Your arms change with your weight. But they tend to gain less than before surgery, and the pattern is different. Changes vary by individual.
When can I go back to work after surgery?
Most daily activities are possible after about a week. If your job uses your arms a lot, we set the return date separately.
How long do I wear the compression garment?
You start wearing it right after surgery. It helps reduce swelling and lets the skin settle, so please keep to the set period. It depends on the extent of surgery, but 4–6 weeks is usually recommended.
Can I do just the arms, or do I need the accessory breast too?
The arms and accessory breast are connected, so they are often assessed together. Whether it's needed is decided after measuring. The result and recovery time vary with the extent.
Can the arms become lumpy after surgery?
The surface can feel uneven at times. It happens when one side is removed too deeply or the amount left is uneven, and it mostly smooths out during recovery. That's why we decide where and how far to treat before thinking about volume.
How does aftercare work?
We check your progress on a 100-day aftercare schedule. We also guide you through compression care and a session-based care program.
